Website and project terms

Using this website

This website describes the services and work of FONDMARK LLC. You may browse it and contact Mark about a project. Do not misuse the form or portal, attempt unauthorized access or submit material you do not have permission to share.

The work shown is identified by its ownership and status. OnlyTrade and the content studio are our own work. The Operating System (OS) example is an active project for a business Mark co-owns; it is not presented as a completed independent client engagement.

Estimates and acceptance

Submitting a request is not an order and does not create an account. Mark may reply with questions or a written estimate. Each estimate describes its scope, price and stages. A change to a sent estimate requires a new version.

Accepting an estimate means agreeing to that version’s scope and price. Work begins after the agreed prepayment. Dates in an estimate are targets, not promises. Changes to scope, timing or deliverables must be agreed in a new estimate or other written agreement.

Client access

There is no public registration. An account comes from an accepted estimate. The first version supports one person and one email address per client. Keep your password private and tell Mark if you suspect unauthorized access.

The portal provides project stages, manual payment status, messages and published reports. Reports are provided after each stage, with a test-version link where one exists. Payments are arranged outside the website; there is no checkout here.

Materials, rights and review

You must have permission to provide the materials used in your project. Rights to deliverables, third-party assets, licenses, review steps and any ongoing support are agreed in the written estimate or project agreement. This website does not grant ownership of project source code or assets.

AI tools may be part of the work. Mark leads the project and reviews evidence with the tools described on the site. That method is not a promise that software or content will be free of errors. Review the agreed deliverables and raise issues through the project correspondence.

Examples and outcomes

Examples show what we have built and the status stated beside them. They do not promise business, marketing or financial outcomes for your project. OnlyTrade is a market-data and education product. Its materials are not investment advice and do not promise trading results.

Your project agreement

The accepted estimate and any further written project agreement define the project’s commitments. If you need additional terms for your business, discuss them with Mark before acceptance. Contact Mark about a disagreement, an account problem or a question about these terms.
