The point is to challenge assumptions and check what was built. The tools support the work; Mark remains responsible for decisions and communication.

You start by describing a process. Mark replies with questions or an estimate, and you decide whether to accept it. Work starts after prepayment; dates in the estimate are targets.
The client portal keeps stages, messages, payment status and published reports together. An account comes from an accepted estimate. There is no public registration.
