Who handles your information

FONDMARK LLC operates this website and the client portal at app.fondmark.dev. Mark is the contact for questions about your information. Our contact details are below.

Requests and correspondence

When the contact form is connected and you submit it, we store your name, email, optional business name, description of the process and optional tools. We also record the submission time, source, the version of the privacy notice shown, a keyed hash derived from your IP address and a limited browser user-agent string. Mark may add notes and update the request’s status.

We use this information to assess and answer your request, prepare an estimate, manage the relationship and limit spam or repeated submissions. A request does not create an account. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information through the form.

Client accounts and project records

An account is available only after an estimate is accepted. We store the account’s name and email, a password hash, authentication and security records, and the estimates and their versions. Acceptance records include who accepted, when, and the agreed scope and price.

For a client project we store its stages, status, manual payment records, plain-text correspondence and reports. Payments take place outside this website; the portal records their status. Client access is limited to that client’s projects. Mark uses the private administration area to manage the work.

Cookies and website measurement

The public pages do not use analytics, advertising trackers or browser local storage. Temporary tab storage remembers whether the opening animation has played; it does not store your questionnaire answers. The client portal uses necessary session and request-protection cookies for sign-in and secure actions. Those cookies support the service rather than advertising. Web servers also process technical request information needed to deliver pages and protect the service.

Service providers

The contact page states how your answers will be delivered. If it opens an email draft, the website does not submit your answers; your mail provider handles the message when you send it. If Netlify intake is enabled, Netlify stores your questionnaire answers and contact details so Mark can review and reply.

When verification is enabled on the application contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile loads a script from Cloudflare to check for spam. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network information for that verification. That form content is submitted to our application; our server verifies the resulting response with Cloudflare.

Hosting, database, backup and email services process information needed to run the site and communicate with you. Email delivery providers process recipient details and email content. New-request and project-message notifications contain an identifier and a link, rather than the text of your request or project message. Direct replies and estimates may include the information needed for that correspondence.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when needed to comply with a legal obligation or protect the service.

Retention and requests about your information

There is no fixed retention period set for inquiries that do not become projects. Retention depends on the purpose of the record, the client relationship and applicable obligations; no automatic deletion schedule is promised here.

Email Mark if you want to ask what we hold, correct information or request deletion. We may need to verify your identity. We will review the request and explain any information we need to keep for an ongoing project, a dispute or a legal obligation.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. Contact Mark with questions before submitting information you are unsure about sharing.
